The ordering process consists of the following steps:
1. Register an Account
Please register as a member on our website before placing your order.
2. Place Your Order
Log in to your account, select the products and quantities you need, and submit your order.
Please note: The shipping fee is not finalized at the time of ordering because it depends on the destination country, shipping weight, and delivery requirements.
3. Order Confirmation & Shipping Quote
After receiving your order, Biotech Academy will review the order and calculate the international shipping cost based on your delivery address and shipment details.
4. Invoice
We will then issue an invoice including the product value and applicable shipping fee and send it to you for confirmation.
5. Payment & Shipment
After the invoice is confirmed and payment is completed, we will prepare the order and arrange international shipment to the agreed delivery address.
Important Note
Please place your order first. We will calculate the shipping cost and issue the invoice afterward.
