FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

What products do you supply?

We supply live plants for international wholesale orders, including ornamental plants and tissue culture plants.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed and shipped after full payment has been received and confirmed by the Seller.

Who is responsible for export customs clearance?

The Seller is responsible for export customs clearance and will provide reasonable assistance with import procedures in the destination country.

Will the plants be delivered directly to my address?

Yes. The shipment will be arranged for direct delivery to the Buyer’s provided shipping address.

Who pays import taxes and customs fees?

The Buyer is responsible for import taxes, customs duties, customs clearance fees, inspection fees, and other charges imposed in the destination country.

How much are destination customs or import charges?

Additional destination charges are normally not expected to exceed USD 30–50 per package. However, the actual amount may vary depending on the destination country and local regulations.

Can you provide a Phytosanitary Certificate?

Yes. A Phytosanitary Certificate or other relevant plant health documents can be provided if requested and agreed with the Seller in advance. Please inform us of your specific import documentation requirements before placing your order.

Will I receive updates about my order?

Yes. We will provide reasonable updates regarding export eligibility, actual plant photos, packing status, shipping status, and tracking information where applicable.

What should I do when my plants arrive?

Please inspect the plants immediately after delivery and confirm their condition within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

What if some plants arrive damaged or dead?

Please contact us within 24 hours and provide clear photos and/or videos showing the condition of the affected plants. After reviewing the evidence, we will replace the affected plants with the same plants, if available, or plants of equivalent value.

Can I request a refund or return the plants?

International live plant orders are non-refundable and non-returnable because live plants can be affected by transportation time, temperature, weather, handling, and phytosanitary requirements. For plants that arrive damaged or dead, replacement is the applicable remedy.

What happens if customs delays or stops my shipment?

Shipments may be delayed or affected by customs, phytosanitary inspections, import restrictions, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where possible, the order may be resent when conditions permit. Related losses or additional costs arising from such circumstances will be shared equally between the Seller and Buyer.

Who is responsible for checking import regulations?

The Buyer is responsible for understanding and complying with the plant import regulations of the destination country before placing an order. This may include import permits, Phytosanitary Certificates, inspections, or other required authorizations.

What is the country of origin of the plants?

All goods supplied under these Terms and Conditions are of Vietnamese origin.
